In order to maximize your time and ours, we ask that you complete the form below to provide preliminary information regarding the project for which you are seeking foundation funding. This information helps us determine strategies for proposal development and identify possible sources of support. Please send it prior to sending us written materials.

This form is the first step toward identifying strong and viable prospects leading to a successful solicitation. Please be brief, but include as much pertinent information as possible. Project Strength :  What are the unique aspects of your project that make it highly competitive? What are the PI qualifications to carry out this project? What resources or background make your unit/faculty capable of getting results?

Funding Need : What is the current amount of funding needed? Provide a description of the funding line items with the requested amount. Comment on whether or not this is or could be a multi-year request?
